I got out of the shower one day only to find evidence of a tragedy! Scissors on top of the play vanity and hair on the floor! No girls were in sight and I was horified as I hunted them down following bits of hair through the house. I cried, Sage stared at the floor in "Time out" and Brandy cried in confusion because that's what everybody else was doing. I called Jayson for comfort and he laughed and told me someday I would laugh about it too. That day has still not come! In his feeble attemt to comfort me he told me "Amanda we have two girls two years apart add that with a pair of scissors and a vanity- well you do the math".

oh my gosh amanda....you are alive still! em told me she tried to get a hold of you while she was in utah but couldnt. too bad, she really misses her work out partner. hope all is well in utah. keep the posts coming!
You will laugh someday... Megan's little girl Nellie just did the same thing and chopped her pony tail right off. I guess it's just a girl thing. We have family pictures of the cousins when I was little and my sister had chopped her bangs off. My mom was sick but now we look at the picture and laugh. It will grow back faster than you think.
sorry for laughing at your pain, honey. i think the most hilarious part is that you started crying. please don't hate me, the laughter was not containable. you are so cute.
i have to say, i can barely tell that there is damage, except for the locks all over the floor. i'm sure it was worse in person.
they are adorable!
Wow! I am in shock. Welcome back to the blogging world. I hope soon you'll be able to laugh. She is cute no matter what!
So who's hair got cut? Did Sage cut her own or Brandy's, everyone's hair looks frazzled! Just keep in mind that bobs are totally in this season. Just kidding, hope you guys are doing great up in Utah, we miss you down here. Visiting teaching just isn't the same without you!

Hey you, it was so good to hear from you and to see that you guys are doing good. The updates are great, so sad about the hair.
Bella asks about Sage and Brandy all the time, I think Sage just turned 5 or is soon, Happy Birthday to Sage!
Keep the post coming! We miss you!
Okay...your girls are darling...SO glad you are blogging! So sorry about the hair cut...I have been lucky with my only girl...the boys however...we've had a few haircuts. Dalton's hair was "bugging" him one day so he took the scissors to it. I told him to next time try a hat instead of scissors. LOL
poor Brandy!
Amanda thank you for finally updating your blog luv you tons!
love- madeline
Did you cry? I would have. If it makes you feel any better, every kid does it. Julie used to cut all the neighbor kid's hair. I cut my bangs in the middle of class in 3rd grade. Joseph consistently cuts his hair so he'll "look like Harry Potter." So, so sorry it happened though. I'm glad you're blogging again!
So sad. Luckily boys don't play beauty shop. I think I would be just as sad.
Amanda we miss you here. I am glad you are blogging. I love the pictures.-Larin
Amanda, I just found your blog and was so happy to read about your family. I miss ya! ok, so now about Sage and the hair thing, AHHHH that is like my biggest fear with Londyn and her long hair. But the good news is that it does look fixable:)) Good Luck!
I cut my bangs off when I was little too! I just had short little stubs for awhile! Yeah, I got in trouble for that one! This was a while back though, and Brandy looks so cute with her new style!
BTW glad you are back!
